Returns

We want to make the returns process as easy as possible for you. Therefore, we offer you the option of returning your order within 30 days free of charge.

To register a return, please use our returns portal:

You can enter your order or shipment number to create a shipping label for the return shipment. You can then print out the shipping label and attach it to the package.

Please hand in the package at a DHL branch. As soon as we have received and checked the return, a refund will be issued in accordance with our return policy.
